PRODUCTION/SHIPPING/RETURNS

Our production for each product will be stated under the description of each product. Production times may vary whether we have the item ready-to-ship or if we have to produce it whether that be through us hand-producing it or our trusted manufacturers. Production time may be up to 10 weeks on certain products due to the fact that some items may have high demand, we are handmaking it, etc. 

US Orders: US orders are shipped via USPS ground and take 1-4 business days to arrive once the package is dropped off at USPS. An email will be sent to the email you provided while checking out and you will receive a tracking number according to your order that you can use to track your package. 

International Orders: International orders are shipped through DHL eCommerce International Service and take around 3-10 business days depending on which part of the world you are from. An email will be sent to the email you provided while checking out and you will receive a tracking number according to your order that you can use to track your package. 

*RETURNS/REFUNDS* : *RETURNS/REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS* : WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY CANCELLATIONS ON ANY ORDER AFTER 30 MINUTES OF BEING PLACED. SOME ITEMS MAY BE NON REFUNDABLE. PLEASE CHECK BOTTOM OF ITEM DESCRIPTION TO SEE FOR MORE INFO. We accept returns if product/product size that was sent to customer and the product/product size on order receipt do not match up. In this scenario we will simply send you the correct size once we receive the return and a coupon code/accessory for the inconvenience. We do not carryout refunds for any made-to-order products.
